Saldanha & Central Workshops
In line with our steadfast commitment to social responsibility, we operate an apprenticeship course at our Saldanha and Central Workshops, aiming to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge essential for success in the modern workforce. Recognising education as a catalyst for change, our apprenticeship course serves as a testament to this conviction.
With a meticulously designed curriculum that seamlessly integrates theoretical learning with practical hands-on experience, our program provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of their chosen field. This approach ensures that apprentices not only grasp the intricacies of their profession but also develop the problem-solving skills and adaptability necessary for success.
Upskilling Employees
To enhance our employees, we have implemented a training program that ensures continual skill and knowledge development. Our office staff undergo courses that improve their administrative expertise, communication techniques, and computer skills, ensuring they perform their duties with greater efficiency and professionalism. This investment directly benefits our customers through improved service and support.
For our floor staff, we offer specialized training programs focused on machinery operation, safety protocols, first aid certification, and SHE rep (Safety, Health, and Environment representative) training. These programs not only enhance their operational capabilities but also promote a culture of safety and responsibility.
